Return / Exchange Policies Santa's Scribes is committed to ensuring that your online shopping experience with us is nothing but the best. Our return policy is that once an ornament has been personalized, it cannot be returned unless we followed your personalizing instructions incorrectly. If this is the case, we will be happy to replace the ornament at no charge, as long as you return the incorrect one to us. Once we receive the ornament, we will be happy to credit your credit card $5.00 for the shipping cost of the return. (Suggested method of shipping is the US Postal Service). Since many of our products are fragile, we will always do our best to make sure that your ornaments arrive in one piece. If you find that our careful packaging didn't withstand your product's rough journey, we will replace the ornament at our expense, however, the broken one must be returned to us. Once we receive the broken product, we will be happy to credit your card $5.00 for the shipping cost. If an ornament has not been personalized and you wish to return it, we will be glad to issue you a credit for the full amount of the ornament, minus shipping charges. It is your responsibility to return it to us. A credit will not be posted until we receive the product.
